Dr. Jessica Farrell

Dr. Jessica Farrell is a board certified pediatrician who joined Pediatric Associates in 2023. She has been working in pediatric private practice for the past seven years and is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based medical care. 

Dr. Farrell grew up outside New York City and graduated from Tufts University with a double major in Art History and Environmental Biology. While at Tufts she spent a semester studying abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina and a summer working on an archeological dig in Tuscany, Italy.

Dr. Farrell went on to study pre-medicine at Harvard University. She traveled across the pond to study medicine at University College Dublin School of Medicine, graduating in 2014. Dr. Farrell met her husband while studying in Ireland and convinced him to move to the US. They completed their medical training in Philadelphia before moving to Providence for her husband’s Gastroenterology fellowship.

They fell in love with Rhode Island and have no plans to leave! They live in Barrington with their two young daughters and Aussiedoodle puppy. Jessica enjoys traveling, art, photography, interior design, taking classes at RISD, cooking, running, and yoga. Through her husband, she also has a growing appreciation of Rugby.
